Actually, the issue happens because of the recent changes that Elementor made in v3.7.0 which caused this issue. We are currently trying to find a solution because the issue is not related to Premium Addons itself, but any plugin that has Display Conditions option.
We can make some changes in your version to resolve this, but this will result in an issue with copy/paste styling between elements, but please send us a message on our website.
We are trying to find a solution for this issue until Elementor team fixes this from their end.
