I was just made aware that Elementor has a flaw or bug with its "Mega Menu" builder. Basically as you add more "Sections/Drop Downs" it becomes slower at an exponential rate to edit and save that material.
I initially thought I was having issues and after further research, I was made aware that it is an issue with Elementor.
I mean why ship a product and highlight it , if it is half baked.
A plugin like Elementor should be better than this, but I am not surprised.
As you add on sections and as you add on material below each sections, I am not exaggerating when I am saying that editing that content and saving it, makes it very close to being unusable.
Has anyone else had the same issues ?
I hear a fix is in the works, but I guess, we will wait and see, for now, anything over 4 sections and it is a crawl.
How are you building it? Are you using the stock WordPress menu widget or the nav menu widget? Do you have nested elements enabled? Nested elements are the only “correct” way to build a mega menu in the hello theme and they are still in beta.
