can you confirm that your username is set up with Administrator capabilities?
this can be checked in the USER and USERMETA tables in the database connected to your website.
the database is normally availabe in an area PHPMYADMIN in your webhosting account.

If I go into my browsing history and go on a tab that is missing that I used before, I get this message:

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

So it seems like I no longer have permission to access the entire dashboard. Who changed it? Who has the full permission now, if I am the only with access? I didn’t do anything. It worked just fine a couple days ago.

What is going on?`

Thanks,
Nat

I just saw your reply Lisa. Will check.

It’s seems to be an Elementor Pro issue as apparently many people are experiencing this problem.

I followed all the instructions but still not working. What else is there?

Lisa I am trying your possible solution but at a loss. I am in PHPMYADMIN but from here I am lost. I don’t see USER and USERMETA tables.

Problem solved. I was about to get customer support with my hosting provider.
