Hi , Yesterday 9/25 I purchased a pro membership and did not receive anything so I tried to contact through the contact form. It looks like there was a problem on my end with the email account and the domain provider as we were in the process of changing providers . I tested the account and purchased the elite membership on 9/26 because I thought I would be able to get access to customer service and sort out the other payment . I have not received an email from the second purchase but I have been charged again . I understand that this may have been do to the error on my end but I hope we can sort this out quickly so I can meet my deadlines
