If it doesn’t show the items in the order, then maybe a plugin or third party code on your site causes this issue.
If you have a third party code regarding hiding the items in the order, then deactivate it.
Also, you can try to deactivate all of WooCommerce related plugins and only keep WooCommerce + Product Bundle plugin then try again. If it works fine this time, activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.
