Email Users Based on Ultimate Member field data?

Hi! I have a client that would like to be able to email specific users based on the data in their Ultimate Member fields, e.g. Job Title, Location, etc. I surprisingly haven't been able to find anything about this feature online. I see that some services like Mailchimp can send based on user role, but I'd rather not have to assign/reassign every user to a role to do so. Can Mailchimp, MailPoet, or other services extract the UM data to send to specific groups? I'd rather them not have to create a "segment" or list every time, but just be able to specify this email goes to everyone in California, this email goes to everyone who is an Actor, etc. Any ideas? Thanks!
