Which one is recommended to include on your website? I can see pros and cons with both options:
Embedded reviews: These provide real reviews with less maintenance because the widget fetches them using the Google API. However, you have less control over the reviews, and some negative ones might appear. Additionally, these widgets may come at a cost.
Screenshot/standalone reviews: These are free, and you have full control over which reviews are displayed to users. However, could there be any potentially be issues with Google regarding this approach, I don’t know.
