Embedding Vimeo Video Player

Hey guys, I have one question, regarding embedded videos from vimeo.

Visiting the following link you can see embedded vimeo videos. It looks like they embedded the videos regularly with certain presets from vimeo regarding the vimeo player’s appearance – but the player appeard after you click the thumbnail. So I was wondering if anybody knows how to do that? Because the way we currently embed vimeo videos on our website is in a way, that the player itself is displayed from the very beginning and thus I only have two options: 1. Display the video with a play button (like the thumbnails on femkehuurdeman’s website) but without a usable playbar to scroll through a video or 2. swap it around and display the video with the whole playbar visible.
