I think there might be a little misunderstanding 🙂 Those two features are completely unrelated.
The chatbot memory: It’s when you fix an ID to the chatbot. The chatbot will remember the conversation as long as it’s the same navigator. It’s mainly to retain the conversation when the visitor going from one page to another. Those conversations are not kept in the user profile, or logged.
Token usage: I call this “limits”. I think you know this FAQ already, but it’s explained here: https://meowapps.com/ai-engine/faq/#limits. Depending on the user/type/role (or anything) you can fix a limit. However, the fact the conversation is memorized or not doesn’t make any difference at all.
