Could you please try reinstalling the plugin’s fonts? To do it, please go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Tools tab, and click on the Reinstall plugin fonts button. Then, try to open a generated invoice and check if it looks good.

I managed to fix it by myself. I just had to reinstall the fonts.
Edit: Thank you for you prompt reply. It was the problem indeed!
