Last year, we upgraded our Envira License to a lifetime license and paid the fee. Recently, exactly a year after buying the lifetime license, we got another charge on our credit card from Envira for the exact price of a lifetime license. If we go into our account and look at invoices, no charge exists.
We have sent in support tickets before to Envira and they never respond. This is with supposedly having the Premium support. I’ve sent in support tickets at least a year ago for another problem that never got resolved, plus this issue recently, and I know I’ve had coworkers send in support tickets that also never got a response.
Anyway, this is my last ditch effort to get a response about this phantom credit card charge. Our purchasing department is getting pretty miffed about getting no response about it, so they’re probably just going to report the charge as fraudulent if we don’t hear anything back.
