Last Year I created a website for a customer.
Since beginn of this week, there is no way in the WordPress dashboard to edit sites, articles, options or anything else. I just get:
# Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.

Here is what I already tried:
* deactivated plugins
* deleted .htacces
* deleted website cache
* deleted browser cache
* Changed file permissions
My customer called the Server host as well, they said everything looks fine. But this is what the error log says:
“AH01797: client denied by server configuration:”
I do not have a single clue what I should do and need your helb! Thank you. <3

If your server uses Apache, check its configuration. As the error suggests, your server configuration is likely the issue here.
Have you tried resaving permalinks?
