error 404

Hello guys, i created a website using wordpress.
When i inspect the page in console i get: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
Im using Betheme, and all of the css i wrote i did it in custom css section in the dashboard, when i get to style.css in cpanel the file is empty. I get the same error for JS also. The css and js i wrote works on website, but i want to clean the errors in console. Any help will be good for me, Thanks!
