Error 500 when installing pure WP on a domain

Hello everyone, I got error 500 when installing a clean WP of the latest version, downloaded from the official website.

My hosting indicates that I am not installing a clean WP and this is generally a problem in the WP, sort it out with them. Can someone tell me what the problem is?
