Hello, we are using a plugin called Firmafy for digital signing of documents. Last week we ran tests and it worked correctly with Contact Form 7. Now that we try to use it again, the form is not submitted and in the console we see a 500 error.

We have tried to roll back previous versions of CF7, but the error remains.
We are currently on version 5.7.5.1 of CF7.
The Firmafy version remains the same and latest (1.1.2), we have not updated it since the previous test.
It is essential for us to use Firmafy and we know that it works with CF7 because we used it last week. Could you help us?
