Update: Resolved by disabling this in Brave: https://imgur.com/GzFXu4z
Tried to connect SiteKit on a new site, and got as far as accepting the services that Google needs access to. However, after that, I get a bad request error that says, missing parameter: code.
I reset SiteKit under Tools > Available Tools, but that does not help. Everytime I try to reconnect I get the same error.
