Could you send us a screenshot of your System Configuration, that you’ll find under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status tab?

It seems that you have IMagick 3.7.0 in your system, which is the main cause of issue handling PNG files. However, it looks like that you still have issues with them.
At this point, the easiest way to fix this, without have to dig in your system configuration further, is to convert your shop logo image from PNG to JPG/JPEG.
Could you please do it and try to generate a PDF document again?
