Hello, since a month ago I can’t access to my website and I can’t solve the problem. It all started when I received an email from OVHcloud with the subject “*You have exceeded the resource limit of your web hosting*”, which caught my attention, since my website is not known and daily visits could be counted on the fingers of one hand so I thought there must be some kind of error. When I tried to access my website I received this kind of error: “**ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS**”, so I contacted them telling them that my statistics showed thousands and thousands of connections that I didn’t understand where they came from, but they told me that it was not their problem. While researching how to fix the error I tried everything I could find:
* Checking that website address in WordPress was properly set.
* Clear the browsers cookies and web cache.
* Deactivate all WordPress plugins.
* To rename the .htaccess file to deactivate it.
* Check that the HTTPS settings were correct.
But after doing all this I was still getting the same error. And right now I try to access the website again and I don’t even get the error “ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS” but a blank screen is loaded and that’s it (I don’t know if something has changed or the error is the same). I don’t understand anything and I’m desperate, I have looked at the logs but I don’t know how to extract information from it or what I could do to try to fix it. It happened suddenly, as I hadn’t used the website for several days so I don’t know how I could have actively caused any damage, but I don’t know what to think. Any kind of help is more than welcome.
