Hi i cannot access my dashboard. When i try to it gives me an error saying **(website name)** redirected you too many times. So i tried debugging by sending the error to a debug.log. And this is what my debug says.
( \[25-Nov-2022 02:20:40 UTC\] PHP Notice: wpdb::prepare was called <strong>incorrectly</strong>. The query only expected one placeholder, but an array of multiple placeholders was sent. Please see <a href=”[https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/]”>Debugging in WordPress</a> for more information. (This message was added in version 4.9.0.) in /disk1/vhosts/kqwest.com/dev4.kqwest.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5173 )
i have tried editing the functions.php from a third party file manager called plesk but the code will just undo the change automatically.
Before this i also had a critical error which caused my website to be unable to load. I fixed it by deleting a plugin that was causing the error.
May i know why is there an error where there shouldn’t be. Is a plugin or theme causing it? How do i fix it?

That’s a Notice, not an error. Notices won’t crash a site.
Delete the debug.log and try to access your admin again and show us the whole log file.
