When an applicant applies they receive an error message “Error sending notification message, but dont worry. We saved your data securelly. Thank you.” The confirmation page is not shown, the email notification with attached resume is not sent. Updated to 2.6.1 on 4/18 and noticed the problem. Currently on WordPress 6.1.1
