Please click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button on the top of the settings page, wait until the rotating icon disappears, and refresh the page.
If it didn’t help, please do the following:
1) WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → enable the “Complete Deactivation” option → Save Changes.
2) WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and then Activate.
3) Insert the Access key from your dashboard.
