The problem is you are using a premium theme that we do not have access to. Redux is a tool for theme authors, not theme users. Consequently, we are unable to support themes. You’ll need to contact the theme author and report this to this. If they are able to reproduce your issue and have the data that Redux is the cause, then they need to be the ones to contact us with that information, and we’ll work with them to solve the issue.

Also, check and make sure the Redux demo mode is NOT activated. In the admin panel, click Settings > Redux and disable the demo mode if it says it’s active.
