Hey, I have just seen a similar request about this so thought I’d ask for help. I mistakenly created a wordpress.com account rather than .org, and I wanted to change that and use WordPress through a separate host. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my domain and account. I am now using Knownhost but I now can’t create an account with my email because it says there’s already an account with that email, but when I request a login link, it says I am not allowed to request login link. Please advise me on what I should do. As i installed the wordpress on Knownhost with my previous details, it thinks i still have access to that account. I’m very new to all this so unfortunately made a mistake. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If not perhaps i will have to refund Knownhost and redo it all.
