Error Notice re SpamFireWall database is outdated.

[ad_1]

Hello,

Did you refresh the page after synchronizing?

Hi

Yes, after synching it there is a very brief green check mark beside the synchronization and it subsequently disappears. I save, then purge the cache, then refresh the page.

The notice remains but its report is from an hour ago:

Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

  1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
  2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
  3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
  4. Then activate it.
  5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

Did it help?

Hi Serge,

I followed the steps you outlined and the notice is still active:

I did the process again, and the notice is gone! The process worked. Maybe it just needed a couple of tries. Who knows. But it works. Thanks for that 🙂
