Hello @milanecek,
1. Please click the “Synchronize with Cloud” button in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears, and refresh the page.
2. If it didn’t help, try reactivating the plugin by clearing all its data in the database:
– WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → enable the “Complete Deactivation” option → Save Changes.
– WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and then Activate.
Insert your Access Key in the plugin settings.
Did it help?
First option helped, thanks.
Is it necessary to synchronize with cloud after each update?
No. So far, you have had a failure once during the scheduled update of the SpamFireWall databases. Synchronization triggers a new update.
If errors will be repeated in the future, please let us know.
