The Free edition of the plugin only works with the native WordPress forms, mainly the login pages, password reset forms, comments forms etc.
To add CAPTCHA checks to a contact form you need the Premium edition of the plugin. If you are using the Premium edition, plese contact us by sending an email at [email protected] and include as much details as possible about the issue.
