Error when activated in multisite “Use of undefined constant AUTH_COOKIE”

When attempting to Network Activate TS-Poll, it throws the error.

I can not login to admin.

It says ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

I’ve tried all other plugins off but TS-Poll. not working.

I’ve reinstall WordPress, Theme, TS-Poll plugin, but not working.

Also changed to basic theme with TS-Poll on, but not working.

I got this message from error_log

Use of undefined constant AUTH_COOKIE - assumed 'AUTH_COOKIE' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 928

PHP Warning:  Use of undefined constant LOGGED_IN_COOKIE - assumed 'LOGGED_IN_COOKIE' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /wp-includes/user.php on line 543

I think this happened after update WordPress to 6.2.2

Please help me with anything.
