i tried to unpublish and thought let me publish, but it just sits on saving.

I got the same issue. I have 2 forms created using Forminator, one gives the error, another one works fine. I also did not make any changes recently.
I contacted the hosting, and they reset any cache from the servers side, but it did not work.
The issue occurred approximately 2 hours ago.
Thanks artxdoyle, i will ask GoDaddy to reset any cache and see if that works.
I don’t think it will work. Since we have the same issue at the same time, I think the problem could be with the plugin itself.
I added a disclaimer:
The form might get stuck on “Submitting”, but we still get your inquiry! We are working to fix the issue.
So you might wanna do that until the developer fixes the issue.
