If all of your stores are located in Brazil, please make sure you have clicked the right region in the settings and also that you are restricting geocoding to just that region (see screenshot). Please try these settings and get back to us if that doesn’t fix things.

I´ve checked and the settings were already like your screenshot.
One thing I forgot to add was that the search feature was working fine last time I checked like a month ago.

Ok, I think I know what is going on, I just didn’t notice before.
There is an error in the Javascript console in your website (you can open it pressing F12 in most browsers). See screenshot.
The configuration of the plugin is incorrect because your Google Cloud platform account does not have billing enabled.
The Google Maps Platform requires the usage of API keys and an active billing account. This is required by Google as of July 16, 2018.
There is more information on our documentation page that explains how to get your API keys.
Please enable billing and try again, it should all work then.
