Hi, WordPress community,
I’m a Localization Program Manager at Awesome Motive and we’re having a hard time filling out our account profile page – .
We were instructed by a community that we must have our account filled to get a CLPTE role for it (which will allow us to approve our translations done by our in-house team of professional translators).
But every time I’m trying to save the changes on our profile page, I get an error “There was a problem updating some of your profile information. Please try again”.
Can you please help me to resolve this problem?
