Hello,
I have an issue since some time with the fidelity point. Fro example, some clients have 0 points when we look into the plugin, but on their account page, they have the points, and when we check the orders, yes, the point are there, so they should have the point also when we check into the plugin. Other issue is that some client should have more points into the “my account” section, because when we look into their orders and we calculate all the points, the should have more points.
I don’t understand why this issue? What can cause it.
Can you have a look into it.
