I’m using the Event Tickets plugin by The Events Calendar for a local community theater to sell tickets online. When I try to test my ticket payment system with a PayPal sandbox account, I’m running into the following error message: “**Creating new PayPal order failed. Please try again.**” after I click the PayPal button. I disconnected and then reconnected my PayPal account. I also tried upgrading my PHP version from 7.4 to 8.0 but nothing is working. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know if there is a fix? I really need to get this working. I appreciate any insight from the community. Thanks!
