Hi have created a wordpress website. The default home page loads perfectly. But all the other pages show Error 404. I have set permalinks correctly. I took help of some YouTube tutorials and created .htaccess files and web.configure file. I am very confused about what should be done.

For some reason, the even the cPanel page shows Error 404 and I have to login through Plesk. Is this error because I bought Windows based Server?

If you can access the dashboard just re-save your permalinks. That should fix it
