Excel/sheets to CPT that updates regularly?

Hey all, so I’m building a very large horse racing database, a bit of a fun project.
After each horses race it’s given a rating.
I currently have 20,000+ horses in the database and it updates everyday other than Xmas day.

I’m using Crocoblocks jet engine for the CPTs.

I have about 100 meta fields, each will be the horses rating for each start.

These are what will be updated as well as new horses added when they start their career.

Is there a free plugin that’ll allow me to do all this?

I’m currently running the site on local, so it’s not live, hopefully one day it might go live, so I don’t want to be spending a ton on it at this stage.
