Hi there,
We have downloads on our homepage and other pages of our site.
The plugin is reporting a very high number of downloads when compared with the number of site visits in the same time period. For example, one download is recording 20,000 downloads in a month, but in that same time frame, we only had 8,000 visitors, according to GA.
Why might there be this discrepancy in the number of downloads vs visits? Is there any reason the plugin would be doubling up on download counts?
