Thanks for reaching out! That’s a good point, those posts should not be displayed in the widget by default.
I’ve just published a new version of the plugin where private and password-protected posts are hidden.
Note that you may not see the changes appear right away on your site if you update today. Since the data is cached for a day, you may only see the fix appear in your widget tomorrow.
