Assuming pinoygpt.com is your website, I’ve tried directly there to reproduce the issue, but the image preview seems to display correctly in both cases. However, as you are using “Local Memory,” I would assume this is happening because this image was uploaded in a previous conversation that went past the time limit for user-uploaded images.
You can go to the settings tab of AI Engine and set the expiration time for user uploads. You can set it to “never” if you don’t want to have an “expired image.” Thanks!
