Explicit image height and width missing

The issue of Image elements not having explicit width and height, this seems to be unrelated to Optimole but rather a theme-related matter.

Optimole does not add width and height attributes to images if they are missing, which is expected behavior. To address this, you can manually add width and height attributes to the images, and that should resolve the problem.
