In Maxgalleria, there are options that are set in the galleries and the are settings, which sets the defaults for gallery options, for each type of gallery or template. Thus you can go to Maxgalleria settings, find settings for the template that you are using and make the same selections that were made in the first gallery. Once save, those selections should be selected for the next gallery of that type you create.
