I don’t know why it’s not picking them up. Normally if the domain is different they should all be treated as external. You can check this:
- Are those links maybe added via JavaScript after the page is loaded? WPEL won’t see them if that is the case.
- Maybe it’s a cache issue? Have you tried clearing any cache plugins/service you have on your website?
- Are either of those links/domains marked to be treated as internal in the Exceptions tab?
