Thanks for providing this plugin!
- I installed & activated the plugin.
- WordPress Backend → Bulk Update Status → Selected post types “Posts” and “Pages”.
- Clicked “Save Settings”.
From then on the extra actions “Change to Draft” and “Change to Publish” were available in the “Bulk actions ▾” dropdown menu in:
- ✅ Posts —
/wp-admin/edit.php - ✅ Pages —
/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page - ❌ But not in All Pages —
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nestedpages
coming from the plugin Nested Pages which provides a more visual and interactive listing of the pages. There the “Bulk actions ▾” did not get those extra entries.
Is your plugin registering these extra bulk actions “in a standardized way” so that these extra actions get accessible to any plugins which may offer their own UIs for bulk actions with pages/posts?
I do not know which plugin is “at fault” as I do not know the underlying WordPress architecture, and to me as a layman the cause could be on either side. Hence I first reported here.
Hope to read back from you! Thanks!
