The theme seems to be antiquated as of 2016. Is there a methodology for properly deleting everything if I do not have the support of the author?
well , I don’t know , but you can try , make a backup fo database , then delete all of these rows that starts with erbj_p_id

I deleted all erbj_p_id rows and everything seems to be working perfectly. I went back and looked for Suffusion rows and deleted them as well, all without issue. My autoload data is now well below 1M. Thanks for the help!
