I've been learning WordPress/HTML/CSS/JS/PHP over the past year. I run a small fantasy football style game for friends and family and host it on a WordPress website that I built to help me practice. I'm getting ready to launch the website again this weekend for the new season but I am suddenly getting massive delay issues that I can't resolve.
The slowness is when trying to load any page on the website, but it is also incredibly slow in the WordPress Admin backend. I've deactivated plugins to try and resolve the issue and although its helped in the backend the frontend website is still incredibly slow. It had been fine up until the last 24/48 hours so i'm hoping its an easy fix.
I currently have a maintenance mode app activated however i've excluded the 2 urls below.

Would someone be able to try load either of those pages and see if you can identify the issue or help guide me in the direction of what my next steps should be? The webpage should load after about 10-15 seconds of hanging. I've used ChatGPT but none of the suggestions have helped so far. Appreciate any help.
Just to add to the above info……. i’m using generatepress theme and generate blocks with ACFpro and some crocoblock plugins. It takes a huge amount of time when trying to save a page update too or to jump between backend menus such as from pages, to plugins to settings to customiser etc. The site health is coming back good with 4 minor issues.
