I am building a WordPress website (Custom theme), utilising FacetWP to output post grids and filtering.
The issue that I have run in to, is that the design calls for 2 grids of posts (1 grid for each of the 2 different custom post types) to be displayed on one page. Each grid of posts needs their own dropdown filter to refine the grid by tag.
As far as I can see, this is not possible with FacetWP?
If anyone knows differently how this can be achieved, any advice greatly appreciated.
I can see from FacetWP V.4 they added the ability to add more than one listing template to a page, but it seems only 1 can dynamically respond to a filter (facet).
I cannot contact Facet WP support as I am experimenting with the Trial plugin ahead of making the purchase, but as it stands, it doesn’t seem fit for my purpose.
Quote from their docs:
“Each listing template can have its own grid layout, styling, and query. But only one of them can be “dynamic” and will react to the facets on the page. The others have to be “static” listing templates and will not react to facets.”
