FacetWP vs WPGridBuilder for faceted search (dynamic relationship meta data ajax sort)

I'm looking for advice on how best to build my WordPress directory / listings style web application. This is a data-driven site and running on Elementor Pro and ACF Pro. I'm specifically looking to be able to retrive/display and sort by related custom post type meta data. The preliminary research I've done makes me lean toward WPGridBuilder, but I'm looking for advice and wise counsel from those who've experienced these plugins for my type of use case.
