are you using this plugin on a multisite or on a single installation? If you’re on a multisite, please delete the plugin from the main site.

Did you have the plugin installed on a multisite?
When you were trying to delete it, was it on the main-site or a sub-site?
If it was a sub-site, was the plugin still active on the main-site?
