It does seem to me like the obfuscated code might be the cause. Our Threat Intelligence and QA teams have worked with plugin developers before to ensure best practices or make allowances to prevent false-positives being picked up for customers using both your plugin and ours. I would contact genbiz @ wordfence . com with the information above, and any other technical details you think are relevant away from the public forums, so that somebody can get in touch.
