False Positive or Should I be Worried?

I'll keep this as brief as I can…

I have an old website on a hosting package which I have not accessed for a number of years. Basically, I decided to access it for a new project it has value for. Anyway, when trying to access CPanel for the site, my computer security software says this when I click on the CPanel login link:

"We blocked this dangerous page for your protection. Dangerous pages attempt to install software that can harm the device, gather personal information or operate without your consent."

Is this a false positive or can a CPanel admin page actually be compromised / dangerous?
