My writer submits her work in a Google doc.

I find it a pain to download this doc and the images separately & uploading them one by one to WordPress (after fixing the alt tags and file names for SEO).

Is there a faster way to do this? A plugin or even Zapier perhaps? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The fastest way would be giving your writer access to your website with the “author” user role.
