Favicon not showing in SERP

Hello, my website on WordPress currently shows that there is a favicon whenever your using it, but it does not show in the SERP and it’s been over a month.

I am following all the Google favicon guidelines and I have included the favicon code in the header

<link rel=”icon” href=”/path/to/favicon.ico”>

My favicon is 48x by 48x.

Any ideas?
